BELGRAVIA - Commercial

Set within the Grosvenor Estate in Belgravia, JDA undertook a complete refurbishment of this mews street property. The project included a new 1000sq.ft basement extension which accommodated a film room, gym, guest bathroom, utility room and plant accommodation. 

JDA opened up the floorplate to create open plan living where circulation had previously restricted the use of space. Central to this design was a striking walnut staircase. A fire engineered solution, the stair which is open to the floorplate acts as a light well through the building.  

Integrated Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, Data and Audio Visual design solutions were adopted, in conjunction with our detailing joinery and bathroom design packages.
